NSW Disneyland Weekend

Rob had a "mandatory" work trip this last weekend at Disneyland. I was really looking forward to it because we were going to get to stay at the Disneyland Grand Hotel and get to explore Disneyland! Rob wasen't feeling the "magic". By Saturday afternoon Rob was running around planning our next ride. We ended up riding 7 rides...that's alot when the lines we're 30-75 minutes long. We had our friends Allison and Corey and they're 2 children, Sam and Emily. I love getting to spend time with them! Overall it was a great weekend!

Home Stretch

Its been a ride these past 5 1/2 months! Rob has been on an extended work trip away from home and I've been traveling with my families Carnival (RCS) since April. Rob is days away from returning and I have to be honest...I look at the calendar at least 30 times a day. Its going to be so wonderful to see him again and have him home with me. Its the little things that I think we'll enjoy as a couple again. Am really looking forward to being a passenger in the car again instead of always driving! We have a lot of fun weekends ahead of us and lots of family time which is great :)

Carnival Life

"Sweeties"...one of my food stands that I operate for my family on our RCS Carnival Midway. I have a great crew of employees this year and I am so happy to be doing this for a living. Its great to be around family everyday.

Well its time to say "see you later". Rob left for what's going to be a 6 month deployment today. We've been leading up to this day for a year and a half. Although it doesn't make it easy to say goodbye it is nice to know he'll be with a great group of guys doing what he's trained to do. I couldn't be prouder of him!
